Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

At Tech Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as received
  • Returned within 7 days of the delivery date
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Not a non-returnable item (see section 4)

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  • Inspect the item within 2-3 business days
  • Notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Refund to your original payment method or store credit (your choice)

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened software, games, or digital products
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Personal hygiene products (earphones that have been opened)

5. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. Products covered by manufacturer warranty will be handled according to warranty terms.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for products of equal or greater value. If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.

7. How to Return

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or phone to get a return authorization
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Bring it to our store in Sulaymaniyah, or arrange pickup for Sulaymaniyah city only
